Our services range from total 24/7 care in the form of Managed Services and proactive maintenance, to the day-to-day IT Support Services. All of our services are delivered by the remote service desk team, however onsite support may be required at certain times.
We provide fast and efficient support through giving our customers access to our Customer Portal, a central system that keeps track of all service and help requests.
At TNE, we provide remote support to solve your business IT issues effectively and efficiently, with little disruption to your business.
To provide remote support, all we need is your permission to connect to your computer as well as an internet connection, meaning our remote support saves your business both time and money.
Our team of experienced engineers work from a centralised helpdesk, which acts as a single point of contact for all service and support requests. This means that when you send in a service request, it will immediately show up as a ticket in our job system and be assigned to an appropriate team member, who can then resolve that issue right away.
We ensure that our engineers are always learning and broadening their IT knowledge and technical expertise, meaning you will receive the highest standard of customer service.
When problems arise that require hands-on service, TNE provide onsite support. This means our expert technicians will be ready and waiting to travel to your premises and solve your business IT problems efficiently and effectively.
If a problem cannot be solved remotely, we will send our expert technicians to visit your premises and fix the problem within agreed times, so as to fit around your schedule and cause limited disruption to your business.
TNE provides IT support from 8:30AM – 5:00PM Monday to Friday AWST.
We will provide instant support if a technician is available or respond to your request as soon as possible.
